Please Fix the Long Standing Login Bug

When I get disconnected (for whatever reason), I cannot log back on even when I my internet is working fine. After multiple attempts I get a booted from server message and can't even close the client without force quitting it.
I cannot log in for 20 minutes or more.
This bug has been plaguing us for months and is still not fixed.
@ZOS_GinaBruno please make this a priority to fix ASAP.
