can someone explain exactly how the crafter event works

anyone know how the master writ part of the event works, the wording is weird, it says master writs created during the even give double vouchers? does the mean any writ completed in the even gives that or does it mean that writs spawned from daily crafting permanently giving double vouchers? The wording is very poor.

In the past they have stated that no it doesn't, same with the extra resources they have never as long as I've played the game boosted the yield from animals or fish0 -

Writs spawned during the event will maintain their bonus value after the event.Also does this:Increased drops from harvest nodes (this does not include fishing or creature drops such as leather)
