Crafter's Celebration master writ rewards

I obtained a new alchemy master writ since the event started which showed 10 writ vouchers as the reward.
Completed the writ but when attempting to hand in to Rolis Hlaalu he indicates 2 vouchers as the reward.
Have not handed in as yet and raised a ticket.
Has anyone encountered a similar situation?
I'm on Xbox EU.
