When taunts were added to pulls frozen device was not touched because it is considered a teleport and not a chain. It also has a cast time and it feels like it doesn't always work. So... what if it was an AoE and/or persistent pull? Any enemy that steps into it during the duration gets teleported to the caster, with or without a cooldown (either 1 enemy at a time or any time anything steps on it). There would still be the ability to cast 3. This shouldn't really affect PvP since it'd still obey CC immunity or maybe it doesn't teleport enemy players at all.
