If you could change 1 thing to better balance PvP

    Balance wise I feel like No-CP, No proc is amazing.

    Population wise... It's dead 80% of the time.

    I blame lack of transparency on what works there, and feeling of missing out.

    It's the only place in the game that has different rulesets for sets / CP and that's a turn off I guess....

    Game balance feels really good there though. No proc sets to carry players. No free damage from sets. No over performing proc sets. PvP combat feels good there.

    Cross healing can still be an issue and zerging is also strong (without vicious death, dark convergence, occult overload etc).

    That being said the better player generally wins the fight which is nice.

    I feel you. What keeps me from going there more often is that I don't want to create and carry another build's worth of sets around.

    raise the time to kill
    I would nerf heavy armor so you would deal 2% less damage for each piece of heavy armor worn starting at 2 or more and for every 1k health above 35k you would start to lose damage so at 36k health you would deal 0.25% less damage and so on this would be added to battle spirit in Cyrodil PVP

    this would force players to choose to either be super tanky but deal no damage like a real Tank or sacrifice tankyness in order to do more damage since it seems in PVP right now there really no trade off you can be super tanky in this game and still hit hard and it shouldn't be that way.

    Definetly. I said before, no proc pvp is do much better balanced.

    This is a game so few people will play that pvp in this game would be done with.

    It's almost like there is a massive difference between what players want to play and what a handful of people on the forums want them to play.

    Suggestions:

    1- Re-emphazize how stats affect character customization.

    Stamina: Affects stamina pool, weapon damage, movement speed and core combat skills (not block)

    Magicka: Affects Magicka pool, spell damage and healing.

    Health: Affects health, resistances and block.

    2- Undeath scales with character stats now. Health is damage reduction, Magicka is extra healing and stamina is improved mobility (movement speed and reduced cost of core combat skills excluding block)

    3- Any heal that scales with health must not heal other players. (I believe there is only one ability in the game that can do that.)

    4- Introduce changes to make werewolf character builds attractive again.

    5- Introduce additional modification to fighters guild active and passive abilities selection. Remove access to fighters guild abilities for werewolf and vampire characters.

    This is the most painful thread I have read in a while. Some points have merit, but a lot of stuff is very unreflected and from an obviously self centered point of view. It would be cool if everyone could live in their own parallel universe and experience their own ideas first hand.

    Separate it completely from PVE. Then balance away! Have at it without affecting PVE.

    I’ll add a different slant: remove 🤮🤮🤮🤮heads from PvP.

    Yesterday I was teabagged and got hate whispered because I was using engine guardian. Guess what The imbecile accusing me of using a carry set was using? Proc sorc with Vate, MDW and Maarselok

    ZOS there no need to change sets or classes: just introduce some psychological screening tools as mandatory requirements for PvP so we can filter out deranged thugs, school shooters, psychos and the likes
