It is entirely possible to open your houses to everyone on the server you play on using scripts! This is an ingame function which definitely works on Pc not sure if you can use it on console, just type....
/script JumpToSpecificHouse("@player id",30) for example would take you to the "@player id"s version of Old Mistveil Manor
You just need the player's @ name, not the id bit, I'm on my tablet which I cannot work and it's adding weird stuff to the script!! 🤣
