I am in Australia.I have a Kahjit, nightblade leveled in magicka at around 1250 Cp on Eu Server Na same character about 400 on NA server. Went to Eu because family member was on there. Most of my play has been on EU server and have played mostly solo. I have completed most overland dlc and alliance areas. I have only gone to imperial city or cyrodyl when needed to get event tickets. Ever since I have used this character there were times, mainly in delves, dungeons etc I would defeat something then unable to collect loot or interact with things until after I defeat another enemy then I could go back and collect, I also find using skills on skillbar slow or not responding or thought I had swapped skill bar but skills do not change. I have always assumed it was my internet, lag or because the server is crowded. (I have not had the same issue with the Kahjit on the NA server). When necrom came out I made an Arcanist character and have now leveled up the 50.
With the Kahjit I have begun doing Undaunted pledges to farm gear and completed Maelstrom arena a few times trying for Fire staff and had same issues. The other day in a Vet Dungeon Final boss fight, I could not swap skill bars. Tried in the menu etc and could not swap skills. I tried my Arcanist in Maelstrom and went through without an issue so I have tried dungeons and not yet had the same issues so I am now assuming my character is the problem. Is there anyway to fix or would I need to delete this character. I have a massive amount of individual achievements built up. I do have other characters, one who has all the crafting levelled up. And one who focuses on antiquities. But would lose a lot of areas completed.
