So this morning I wanted to check the status of my ESO+. I spent almost 15 minutes hunting around for the in-game icon before I asked a guild member. I felt dumb for not remembering. Only... I didn't forget. They weren't there. The issue has since corrected itself.
I just want to point out that these types of problems are getting very old.
