Minor Force is a nice buff, but you can get higher uptime from a number of other sources (Barbed Trap, Tzogvin, Oakensoul, Velothi, etc.), freeing up the healer to use sets that perform more important duties like buffing everyone else's damage.
At least, this is true for high performing, organized groups. Might be fine for PUGs or less organized and effective groups.
No, it’s not a good set. It provides a buff that most players already have these days and the heal is unreliable because people need to hit a synergy at the right moment.
A typical all-round setup for trials is to have one healer on Roaring Opportunist plus Jorvuld’s and the other on SPC plus Pillager’s Profit. Those give the whole group Major Slayer, Major Courage, and massive ultimate regeneration, respectively, which are otherwise more difficult to source for DDs.
