Falchou the reborn not taking damage past half health.
As stated in title, during the fight with this quest "boss", I was able to get him down to half health and after 10 solid minutes of attack's after this, zero damage. His health bar wouldn't flinch past half. Not sure if there's a better place to report bugs, but figured here wouldn't hurt.

✭Are you doing the proper mechanic for the boss fight? You have to explicitly lead him into the fire to make him vulnerable after a certain point.- Tybalt Kaine Khajiit Nightblade Aldmeri Dominion

Yes, let him kill me and exited the building, came back in to re- attempt and same results both times while putting him into the fire. Going to re attempt later, hopefully this doesn't persist.1

It didn't happen again after having closed the game and then just re-attempting. I didn't even know that the boss just essentially takes damage from dragging him through the fire, the animation of this wasn't present at all on my first two attempts despite putting myself/the boss through the exact same path of movement. Something to note if anyone sees this in the future ig.0
