Can ZoS please get rid of fractional style mats (e.g., cassiterite sand, Grain of Pearl Sand, Malachite Shard, etc) like it was done with jewelry tempers? The only purpose they really serve now that there's an outfit system is annoyance.

... Maybe also jewerly /trait/ mats should go the same way, too... Especially since some of the fractional ones are essentially only obtainable by deconning, which makes them stuck that way.

E.g., you can't buy pulverized dawn-prism or gilding wax, only the wholes, so those shards are useless.
