Purchased ESO Plus + Crown Pack at once, but didn't receive "Plus' free crowns", only the "Pack"

Hi!
As the title says, I have purchased "Plus" and "Crown Pack", but I only have Pack Crowns + ESO Plus in my account. What about the free crowns you get with ESO Plus?
I restarted the game, logged out and back in, no change.
Another advice online is "wait for 24-72 hrs", but obviously I want to use the crowns during this discount period.
Any solution to this?
