ESO Plus Free Trial... Really?

Click on the link in the promo email and you get the page in the image. The instructions listed there are quite specific (highlighted in the image). However...
There IS NO 'ESO Plus tab'
When you scroll down and find the ESO Plus icon and link, click on it, there IS NO "Free Trial!" anything to select!!!!

So what's up with this?

Are you surely looking at it in-game, or trying to get a trial period... on a website?

On PC, in the Crown Store, the "tab" is across the top, right in the middle of the icons to the right. Looks like a cup.

The "free trial" is at the bottom center, once the tab is opened.

pc/eu have successfully bought it in game. its there. slow down and try looking on again.

You have to do it in-game, not on the website. Open the crown store and look at the top of the menu, there are a series of icons and if you hover the mouse over them it'll tell you what each one does, one of them is ESO+. (The others are for spending seals of endeavour and seeing the login rewards.)

Click on that and the menu will change to a summary of ESO+ and there will be a free trial button at the bottom.
