Steel Tornado morph needs to be buffed

Ever since ZOS removed the execute scaling, this ability has been useless for the most part. Please consider adding a 50% execute scaling to make the morph competitive again. Even 25% is good too, anything to buff this ability so players aren't limited to using arena weapons for a spammable.

✭✭✭✭✭First, I do agree that it should probably get something. However, it's worth noting that a good chunk of coordinated Cyrodiil groups still use Tornado over Whirling just because the bigger AoE helps mitigate some of your missed casts that you'd have with Whirling because of positional desync.
And that's not really a reason to not buff Tornado, moreso just pointing out how bad the small aoe of Whirling can be in lag.Edited by CameraBeardThePirate on January 20, 2024 8:15AM2 -

✭Steel Tornado has no use in PVE these days. It's just junk ever since it was nerfed. Remember why it was nerfed? Look back.....same reason 99% of skills and gear sets are nerfed.

Remiem✭✭✭With how dominant dual wield is as a frontbar weapon right now, the skill line really doesn't deserve any buffs.Balanced by people with no prior gamedev experience, couldn't fix performance issues in a decade, can't code a real matchmaking algorithm to save their lives, more maintenance downtime than all the other MMOs put together, more bugs introduced than bugs fixed every big patch, same stagnant combat for years.
