Xbox, NA server here. My GamerTag is Jasonnnsaurus. As of 2 days ago, my on-screen keyboard no longer comes up in-game anywhere. Nor will it allow me to type in the in-game chat box simply by hitting Enter on my keyboard I usually type with. I couldn’t even submit a ticket in-game because, again, it wouldn’t come up. Just makes the click sound, the typing cursor appears but when I type, no letters come up. The on-screen keyboard does, however, come up on Xbox and in other games but not on ESO on any of my characters. I’m unable to /reloadui because I can’t type and I’ve tried ‘clearing local cache’ for ESO as well as pushing my Xbox button for 5 seconds, unplugging it for 1 minute and then turning it back on. I’m at a loss as far as what to do next, especially because I can’t even submit a ticket in-game. Any thoughts??
