Possibility to buy additional housing slots, missing antique maps and unreleased furnishing items

Hey everyone

This post is about some housing topics i thought of lately.

First, do you think it would be possible that ZOS would add the option to buy more furnishing slots than the original house has? I mean not infinite slots more but probably like 100 per house. I am sure people would buy these slots, as a housing guy i know i how hard it sucks if you cant detail the house as much as you wouldve loved to. Just happening to me atm...

Happened on several houses before too. That would be sooo awesome, i would be willing to pay 2k+ crowns for like additional 50 furnishing slots. Could be a good income for ZOS no?

Second thing is, i noticed there arent antique maps for every zone ingame, how comes that? Woulve loved to have an antique map of Clockwork City but there is none

Also, i found an antique map of Tamriel in the game files from Update 13 but it was never released. Why is that? Also there are a ton of other unreleased items which are sitting in game files since the launch. They are not available in crown store, neither in a furnishing pack or from crown crates. Why did they designed items and did not released them?

Just some questions that cam into my mind, its a bit messy sorry for that ^^

ESO+ already provides that option. Allowing players to buy features that are already provided by ESO+ would be problematic.

Why would that be problematic? Just let players buy more slots, nothing wrong with it right? doesnt matter if you have eso+ or not.

Whether it would be problematic or not, personally I would be absolutely furious if ZoS made extra housing spaces available via the Crown Store!!

Over the years they have addressed the question of extra spaces by saying that older consoles could not handle the extra processing required and therefore it was not likely to happen....

If this "problem" suddenly disappeared because it was decided money could be made via their store, well I have no words!

Already they sell imo ridiculously over priced houses, don't give them ideas for selling spaces too, any increase should be added to the base game but I honestly cannot see it happening. 😕

Well i agree houses are overpriced but i dont really care if additional slots would be added to the base game or if they would sell them. I just need them, no matter what

I hate having ideas in mind and not beeing able to implement them... My current house feel kinda empty and i already had to remove stuff in order to finish it

Sadly, the only option is to navigate around their design by limiting the space you use inside of a 700 slot property.

Every time I tour a new home that is massive, I die a little inside because I feel like we are not being listened to.

In fact, their arbitrary item slot limit makes no sense. Any player can enter a large home with ESO+ and place 700 items in very close proximity, the size of the property does not relax the computers computational requirements. So in reality, every house should have a 700 slot limit.

I feel the least ZOS could do is make the following player homes

- Pantherfang Chapel
- Seaveil Spire
- Bastion Sanguinaris
- Agony's Ascent
- The Fair Winds
- Jode's Embrace
- Varlaisvea Ayleid Ruin
- Shadow Queen's Labyranth
- Princely Dawnlight Palace
- Tower of Unutterable Truths
- Grand Psijic Villa
- Wraithhome

A new tier called "Grand" with more slots then "Notable" tier because there is NO WAY that Tel Galen is even remotely within the same size tier as any of them houses listed and yet has the same number of slots, you could fit the entire Telvanni Tower into the Throne Room of Bastion Sanguinarsis or Grand Psijic Villa.

@ZOS_Kevin Is there any reason for unreleased furnishing items? Let me know when i should give you some examples.

That one might be unreleased because we already got a world map of Tamriel from the achievment furnishings merchant.

Antiquarian home only having 600 slots is tragic. It deserves 700 slots.

I would happily pay for a one-time purchase that would double my slots to 1,400.

Alternatively, have the base game offer 700 slots and ESO+ give 1,400 slots.
