Guild Chat and Group Chat

This is really bugging me 😡
Was playing perfectly fine for half hour or so, joined a trial, switched to Group Chat and about a minute or two, was kicked out of Group Chat. Couldn't access Guild Chat either.
After the trial, left the group and I went to my guild chat 1 and it shows
The headset and microphone but no sound from my guildies or me.
Sent a few tickets in and one guy Nathaniel was gonna help me out.
Don't know what happened?
It would be nice if there was a way to LOCK the group or guild chat so you can't be booted.
It also happens when ur doing zone quests and entering dungeons.

I have a screenshot of Nathaniel getting to the bottom of it. I wish you could talk or email same ESO helper instead of getting 10 different customer service representatives.
Since this problem began, I can no longer join
my guild in Group Chat during trials.
The problem is still there.
Plus, even if I'm just doing a ordinary 4-man vet/non vet dungeons and have been in Group Chat, it still happens also, after I'm kicked out,
I can no longer join Guild Chat either. I did see something odd after I got booted from Group Chat,
That was weird, when I tried to click on Guild Chat,
I would move my toggle to guild chat one and before I could click on it, it would to guild chat 2.
It was like, the column had a mind of it's own, like it was working against you, I'd go to guild chat one but, the column would go to guild chat two and I wasn't fast enough to click on one to excess it 🤣.
Sorry, thought it was comical to point where frustration set in😞.
Even if I unplug, reboot and start my system from scratch it doesn't fix it.
What's more puzzling is, if I change characters,
it's the same 🤔.
It even carries over to the next day😞.
It usually straightens itself out maybe after 3 days
and typing really blows, to ask questions etc
to your guild members.
Now PSN chat outside the game is great.
That's about it to the present.
