Looking forward for it, have some costumes to color, survey maps to complete and some sets to collect from dlc dungeons
Just sub for one month, it's worth it and it's not like ESO is terribly expensive.
PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!. Outfit slots not being accountwide is ridiculous given their price. PC EU/PC NA roleplayer and solo PvE quester

I'm not the OP and they might well consider it worth it, but here's one answer: I usually prefer to wait for a free trial because I can do everything I want ESO+ for in about 2-4 hours at most (the only things I use it for are dying costumes, adding extra furnishings to houses and pulling materials into the craft bag), so even though it's not expensive it's still a waste of money for me to buy 30 days of subscription time when I don't need the vast majority of it. I prefer not to waste any money on things I don't want or need, even if it's not a lot.
I know you get the crowns as well, but it's better value to buy the bigger crown packs when they're on sale and save the crowns until I want to buy something.
There have been times when it's been worth it for me, and if there were no free trials I'd probably buy a month once a year or so (aiming to time it for when I'm playing a lot so at least I'll be online when it's running down even if I'm not really using it). If it was possible to get less than a month at a time, or if there was a pay-as-you-go version where it only runs out while you're online I'd be more inclined to do it.

Why not just sub for one month only, you get the money back with free crowns.
I had a sub from 2017 - 2020 and still have all the crowns left.
I have no use for them, never buy anything in the store, why would I need more of them ... so I also wait for free ESO+.

The crowns that come with ESO+ are not free. You're paying for them when you pay for the ESO+ sub.
As a nearly exclusively PvP player who paid for a sub and every expansion for 8 years and got dissed for the investment, it's not likely ZOS will ever get any more money out of me. The $3800 or so they've already gotten is already too much given how ZOS has treated Cyrodiil and those of us who log in to play in Cyrodiil.
Insofar as we can tell based on the pattern of the past few years, probably near the end of this month. That’s assuming ZOS doesn’t mix their schedule up though, it’s not an event they announce so of course they aren’t obligated to trot it out at any given time.
