Is leveling after VR1 in PVP viable`?

Quick question here, I am wondering when I get to VR1 and finish the AD campaign, and don't want to betray my faction, will it be viable to level in Cyrodiil, rather than going over to the other factions ?

Foxhunt✭✭✭I think so, at least for a couple levels. I went from VR1-VR2 in Cyrodiil just going back and forth doing the quests and completing dungeons. But I'm not sure how viable it'll be once you complete all the quests from the towns and only have the daily ones (IDK if you can continue doing the quests, even if you've gotten the achievement for that town). Personally, I've just started a new character rather than level through another factions content, and have already completed most Cyrodiil quests and skyshards/dungeons (Still VR2).Edited by Foxhunt on May 8, 2014 3:46PM0 -

Its much better than 10-49. Still slower than questing.
The daily quests will give you the same amount of Veteran Points as a side quest in the PvE areas. This amount is being increased in 1.1.1.
The XP for killing players is also being doubled in 1.1. The XP for turning in the "kill 20 players quests" is also being increased.0 -
Zorak✭✭✭No it isn't. You can't even compare with how you will level questing on PvE maps.
And mobs/players give you like 40~(I think is 42) veteran points and you need close to a million points...

I just recently went from VR3 to VR4 purely in pvp. It took about 2 weeks. Which is fine by me, I am able to compete with most VR10s out there. It is definitely not the fastest but to me it is the most enjoyable.

Indeed, because atm craglorn is just a distant unreachable thing to me, because I refuse to go to other factions and betray mine. Where is the faction pride in that?
