My wife came back to play ESO again after a few years away from the game. I built two new rigs, both identical. I was able to reinstall the game on the new rigs without issues. About a week ago my wife started getting kicked out of the game after logging in and playing a few minutes. Since we both have the same identical systems, we were unsure of the issue, so disable all of the add-ons and that did not work. We updated all of the drivers and that did not work. We repaired the launcher and that is when the error 210 code appeared. We uninstalled the game, rebooted and we still get the same error code. The launcher error reads: "Error - 210 and error occurred during Launcher Self-Update"




I found many forums about this originally starting in 2014 but we tried all "fixes" and nothing is working. We opened up a ticket and provided all of the information and files they requested but all we get is "your issue is being escalated".

It's been a few days and no response. Anyone have ideas how to fix since ZoS can't?
