In Eyevea an adapt mage casts this spell.. I just wonder what it is of..

Eporem✭✭✭✭the lines do look like what is beneath the glass to me as well...not sure if it is a new spell so why I asked if it was known or if he has always been there casting these as I just came across him while doing a daily endeavor that took a character to Eyevea.
