Sound problems after Necrom

After the Necrom release I’ve had problems with my in game sound cutting out then coming back.
I have never had any problems like this before.
I’ve tried the eso sound problem guide but it is still happening, all my drivers and windows is up to date I have even tried repairing game nothing works.
