Same here. After they improved the drop rate I was actually able to complete ONE well during the Telvanni festival when maps were finally somewhat abundant.

Trying for a second one has been painful. NOTHING from dozens of tries. I got 2-3+ of all the other leads already, and the well is not dropping. I even tried holding the other antiquities as long as possible so that they couldn't come up instead of the well - no luck, just a lot of wasted gold. It made me wonder if holding was a mistake, so I tried digging them up. Nope, still no well.

On that note it's really annoying that the stained glass window can drop from maps. That thing is so abundant, it has no business being in maps. I always hold that one so it won't respawn.

A second Trifold Mirror of Alternatives lead is also not dropping from the Nightmare WB. I'm so sick of fighting that thing.

I don't get it. A little RNG, fine. But why make it this much of a hassle, ZOS?
