Harrowstreams still need better balancing

Harrowstorms are an example of "harder content" that many seem to want, but few do them anymore.

It is too easy for a couple of players to spend a significant amount of time and make no progress, due to how fast the enemies spawn and attack players. While it makes sense for them to be some difficult, it is very frustrating to spend 1/2 hour and find you are still working on the first pillar, even with 2 players actively attacking and managing to not die.

It was ironically just like that before I took a break for over a year.

While a few World Bosses in Summerset, for example, remain challenging with small groups, most geysers and even the world bosses can be attacked with a smaller group, something that is not true with Harrowstorms and probably the flame portal areas in Blackwood.

I would request that these areas receive some tuning so they can remain achievable by those of us who are not anywhere near the top end.

    People with lower levels of power can make things easier for themselves by limiting the number of boss spawns. Slot an AOE stun/slow like time stop and actually kill the ghosts on multiple pillars. Without bosses, the pillars are just parsing targets. I'd be okay with ghost speed determined by group size to make ghost control more varied by group size.

    But, in the end, two people running Harrowstorms can already make things significantly easier for themselves by limiting the number of bosses that can spawn.

    Based on what I'm seeing from the OP post, they don't exsactly have the power on hand to AoE slap down the ghosts in time....

    Anyone can. They have low HP. The issue is they move too fast. Which is why I suggested slotting an AOE stun/slow like Time Stop. If two people are working on different pikes, then only the third pike can make bosses. If there are three working on it, you can deal with zero bosses. So long as everyone makes sure the pike is unable to eat ghosts.

    During some events they die in mere seconds. They just need to find a way to make them scale based on the nearby player count. If less players are there, less ghosts spawns, they move slower and pikes have less health. More if more player and of course with a cap.

    Yeah. The only thing they need to do is make it to make the ghost speed more dynamic to the number of people there. The ghosts are supposed to be how someone controls the difficulty and there is even an achievement for defeating it without ghosts.
