A few days ago I decided to get all the chapters on Steam, but sadly I ended up buying the deluxe upgrade and not the collection. I only noticed after I tried to go to the Summerset Isles, and very quickly logged out, I submitted a refund request to buy the correct thing, and support very quickly refunded it. This happened two days ago, but I still have access to all the items and Necrom. I don't want to get in any trouble, and I still plan on buying the chapters, so I want to make sure I don't have them anymore. Will I lose access to them automatically? Do I have to contact someone specific? I already submitted a bug report, but I haven't heard back anything beyond the automated response, granted it's only been a day and a half since then.

    It takes a while to process if you do it through Steam or Epic Store since they cannot directly affect your account to the game only your access via their game service token, Zos has to do that. So even if they put in the form that they refunded the purchase, it still needs to go through Zos and someone on their side to actually disable content.

    Do you have an ESO+ sub? If you do, you have access to all content except for the current Chapter (which you would have access to if you bought that when you got the game).

    I do not have ESO+. I bought the base game before Necrom, and a few days ago I bought the Necrom deluxe upgrade by mistake, which was refunded.

    Maybe someone like @ZOS_Bill or @ZOS_Kraken knows whether you should wait for the refund to catch up before buying the package you wanted. I wouldn't want to buy the package only to have a delayed removal take it away and have to get CS to add it back in. Otherwise, I can't see a need to wait.

    Bumping this. I understand we're in the holiday season, and this is probably a low prio problem, but I'd like to see something about it, as it's been 4 days since I submitted my ticket.

    You literally can’t get in trouble. You didn’t do anything wrong. Just play the content you have access to.

    If you're still able to access this content, you can submit a ticket with the support team here. Please explain the details, and the team can look into this further for you.

    Also, if your initial ticket was submitted as a bug report/feedback, those ticket types go directly to the dev team, so by nature won't receive a response.
