Cant start the game .....

Hello all.
Tonight came after work home. Wanted to go fast play a dungeon daily. Went into Steam and opened the Launcher.... Clicking on play and nothing hapens..
Play button lights up gray for a second, but then turns back blue and the game dosnt start at all..
Tryed to verify files. Delete mods, cleared cache. NOthing works ... Yesterday before i shut it off all was fine..
Someone has the same problems? Win 11.
Drivers all up to date.. reseted network drivers.. did all trpoubleshooting from eso zos help page .

Lauched true STEAM...Bsicly something bugged on steam side.. Reinstaled 3 times , now it works again.. TNX for support
