Unable to log in to either PCNA or PCEU

Was in game (PCNA) porting from Vardenfell to Kenarthi's Roost when the game crashed. Waited 15 minutes then tried to log back in. Am now getting "unable to log in, please contact customer service". I get this on both NA and EU when using my Epic Games account. I am able to log in using my Steam account, so it's just the Epic that's not working. Is this an Epic issue or has that account somehow become borked?
