How rare is Mourning Dew?

So I was depositing all my crafting materials into my guild bank and noticed I had found meself a Mourning Dew! Now I remember hearing this was rare (And I thought it was called "Morning Dew", not Mourning), along the same lines as the Atherial Cipher, just restricted to Cyrodill, but TTC prices say it's listed fairly cheap and has more listed there then I;d have thought. Was I wrong about the rareity of this?

✭✭✭✭✭mourning dew is probably closer to the equivalent of aetherial dust, but limited to material nodes in cyrodiil, and i think it is actually far rarer than aetherial dust
the dew is the material needed to actually craft white gold war tortes (the 150% alliance rank/skill line xp food)
the aetherial cypher equivalent item is the chef lost thesis which comes exclusively from battlegrounds and is insanely rare (with a selling price of several hundred million gold)plays PC/NA

I know the recipe the Dew uses is that special Thesis from BGs, which I've heard is *stupid* drop rates so that's why I assume the Dew itself isn't massively expensive. Still though, I've been farming in Cyro for a fair while and this is the first time nabbing one, so I'm going to cling onto this little trinket!0
