Best story zones

Hey,
I have gone through youtube regarding zones but they only rank zones after specific quests, easy navigation, dungeons, etc.
I have never seen a video that ranks the overall quality of quests in the given zone.
I just started High Isle I found that quests there are not very interesting,
So is there a tier list that ranks the best zone story to the worst zone story?

Orsinium -overall best zone (arc) story
Summerset-good writing for story quests and interesting side quests
Morrowind -Zone story is ok but the side quests are quite better
Elsweyr- The story is above average but side quests are where it shines

Zone main quests?
Stormhaven always comes to my mind, I really enjoyed it.
Wrothgar, Gold Coast, Hew's Bane and Galen were memorable too.
Many liked Rivenspire and Summerset.
Can't speak for side quests...

Can also be side quests.
After leaving FFXIV i am hungry for good storytelling.
Never expected that altmer can have good questing xD

As expected Morrowind is still the best Elder Scroll game so eso morrowind should be also good.
Not fond of high elves too arrogant plus that Thalmor stuff in Skyrim is really bad business.

"Interesting" is a subjective judgment, so different rankings of which zones have "the most interesting quests" are probably going to vary from each other and you might disagree with them.

My advice would be to play through each zone so you can form your own opinions about it, and try not to "poison the waters" by reading other people's opinions about any zones before you play through those zones, because while you might not agree with their opinions in the end, dwelling on their opinions before you've experienced the zone yourself and formed your own opinions might prejudice your reactions to it.

I love so many of the stories but my out and out favourite is Southern Elsweyr, I've always had a soft spot for Razum-Dar but Za'ji and Caska, especially Za'ji, have knocked him off my top spot!!

I don't know why but that story hit all of my emotions and also made me remember to always hang around for a bit and listen to npc dialogue after i've handed a quest in, some of it is priceless!!

i like a lot of zones and quests, but i don't think i could rank them.

it's a good idea to go through the zones yourself.

Skyrim's Thalmor aren't in ESO.
skyrim is in the fourth era and eso in the second era, there's a thousand years in-between the games.

and dunmer are pretty similar to altmer, but only dunmer have two slavers as world bosses in eso though.

Sewedir, if just listing the stories turn into discussion, then spoilers are inevitable,
and this is not OKay, as the Official Forum is well indexed by the search engines.
Also, good or bad story is very subjective.

I'd sincerely recommend Orsinium (Wrothgar) zone story, as in my opinion it is still the best.
For base game Rivenspire and Reapers March zone quests are great. Main quest is epic.
Summerset has a good story, (basically all 3 "Daedric Wars" arc stories Morrowind-CWC-Summerset worth experiencing)
But you, probably, will do all of them stories anyway. Even if you don't like, you get them skill points.
