Moon Hunter Keep hm not all signs are visible

We encountered multiple times a bug, when in Moon Hunter Keep last boss only 3 signs with platforms were visible instead of 4. The fourth platform without any sign on it was glowing though and you can survive if you stay at it.

    Not a bug. That’s the mechanic. It’s been like that for years.
