Hi,

I've posted numerous threads about an issue whereby I can't get skills or light/heavy attacks to cast consistently, up to 1/2 in every 3 skills I try, potentially worse at points.

It mainly happens in combat, I have no issues on any other game, all my net statistics and metrics are fine (0 packet loss, 24ms, 148 download speed, 30 upload, NAT open).

I've tried;
Multiple Xboxes (OG and NG)
Different controllers
Wiring controllers
WiFi and Ethernet connections
Internet/Router reset
Called ISP
Adjusted TV settings
Cleared cache
Reinstalled game numerous times
Tried in and out of Cyrodiil, on NA and EU
Changed in game settings.

Literally everything you can think of I have tried and am still encountering this issue.

I understand it's not priority and don't expect it to be fixed, but is there a way you can check my account to see if there is something specific to it that is perhaps causing this issue?

I see the skills get registered when they get highlighted, but no timer is displayed and/or no skill gets registered. This happens with light attack weaving as well.

    Hello, as you have already tried many troubleshooting steps, I would recommend opening a ticket with our support team so they can take a closer look. You can do so here. Please make sure to mention all of the steps you have already tried so they can know as well.

    @ZOS_Phoenix Many thanks for your response.

    I hope you don't mind, but I have a few questions;

    1. What do I file this under when following your link?
    2. Will I get a direct response?
    3. It's hard to convey what is actually happening but through my tests I sort of concluded it's either an account specific or server side issue whereby it only impacts me, which is really odd. Could I speak to someone directly to explain this in more/better detail? - I ask this as I have logged a ticket regarding this within the last month and only recieved a generic reply which did not address or resolve the issue.

    If it's not fixable with regards to cost/benefit to the company, then it's not ideal but I can accept it and just uninstall, it would just be nice if received some communication (like how you responded).

    1. You can file your ticket under 'Technical Support' followed by 'Xbox' and then 'Performance issues'
    2. You will eventually get a direct response on the ticket
    3. Support can inform you of other options.

    You are not the only player with this kind of problem. It was better after the "server refresh" (for me it was almost perfect for a while) but performance is getting worse on all platforms again.

    They will not be able to help you with this. Support does not tell you when there is something wrong with the game. Maybe they don't even know. They will just let you do stuff until you give up. Forum mods don't seem to know either. Sometimes the devs will talk about performance issues in interviews and streams, but that's very rare and they really hate to talk about it. They talked about rewriting parts of the code and changing some rules in the game, but not one single project was successful. And they pretty much stopped talking about it. Additionally the "bugfix" update in Q3 became the "quality of life" update for some reason.

    So before you start blaming your roommates, ISP and everyone else you can think of, i wanted to tell you that you are not alone. Almost every player i have ever known had performance issues and gamebreaking bugs in this game. That's just the way this game works. And it's one of the main reasons why people stop playing.

    I still have this issue, logged multiple tickets, got a couple of responses via email when I initially logged said tickets and then nothing since. I emailed a follow up to ask for an update or something and nobody responded, lol.

    Is it unfixable? Has anyone even looked at it?

    Nearly 4 months of this issue now.
