Was offline for a month or so and wanted to come back to play the game.
Been trying to login for a couple of days now, but no luck. I get the "ACCESS CODE" window, but no email has arrived.
I've already gone through the standard support procedure. I can login and update my data on the elderscrollsonline.com web site, I get all the emails (eg request email change...), even the game advertisements come regularly every couple of days. Problem is only with the game. I cannot go past the "ACCESS CODE" screen. No firewall or anything like that. I also did not change anything since the last time the game ran normally. Same PC, same system, same ISP ... nothing changed, only a couple of game updates installed when I launched it.
