G&G would like to add to our numbers to provide more grouping and progression opportunities as well as social functions. Currently we have 50+ members from across all time zones and with various play styes and skill levels -- from 10 to VR7.

We maintain a small-group atmosphere; additionally, we have a fair number of husband and wife teams. Our play schedules vary from casual and solo to active, social players who love to group up -- and those whom fall somewhere in-between.

Update: We now have enough people for a Guild Store but would like to add a few more people to be in the safe zone as far as numbers go. Many of us give items to fellow guildmates but understand the need to make gold in the game, too.

Our current status:

You're not considered a number nor treated like one. The guild is quite casual as we each make our own story in Tamriel. Building connections and friendships now in the game should make for better group dynamics down the road. The guild has some younger players that fit right in even though we cater to an older, patient and mature audience. We love to laugh and have a good time though.

More about us:

We began as 3 greybeards & a gal — of mostly current and ex-EVE players who put life first and believe games should be fun, its players respectful, helpful and willing to learn and do their best. We have since added several experienced MMO players and are looking to build a core group for VR content, Crafting etc. Those not interested in such now are welcome to go at their own pace and run with our alts if desired.

Rules:

The rules are simple — be a decent person and stay or find another guild home. There are no additional hardset rules (beyond common sense and that which falls under the ESO EULA). For the most part the atmosphere is PG-13. We have a dedicated family-friendly and solo-friendly channel as well for those who prefer such and an area for people to group up and cuss like a sailor if they please.

We play as equals with voluntary leaders for various group activities and occasional guild business will require leadership. We have no desire to be your boss/mother/uncle etc. If we have to spell out how you need to behave you’re probably not a good fit.

Who we are looking for:

We welcome those who are mature, somewhat enthusiastic about the game (even as a casual player) and who treat their fellow guildmates well.The most active players use voice communications (Teamspeak) but it is not a requirement. However, you will miss out on the cake and other features (spontaneous grouping etc.) if you don't use it.

Activity Level

It varies. Some of us enjoy our solo PvE and downtime too, so that is not a problem. We have members working together on both crafting and PvE groups -- our PvP numbers are currently few, and some simply PvP with another guild and consider us their guild home.

Goals:

We have attainable goals in both PvE and PvP but this is no-pressure atmosphere. We focus on enjoying the game, learning how to improve it, leveling up our characters, grouping and doing so in good company. Some are crafters and some play solo more often, but as long as you're a fountain and not a drain -- it's all good.

Also, we want to run both 4- and 12-player end game content teams and will focus on having the members to do so as a first priority.
