Fencing item only counts for one method

Problem with Ember achievement that a lot of people have run into.
The instructions are to fence an item.
However, only one fence action works -selling the item.
Most people automatically choose launder so as to not lose profit, so the instructions need to be clarified to 'sell an item to a fence' as right now this achievement is counterintuative.

    The instructions in the achievement are consistent with how the verb is used in the Fence menu, as explained above. People who are running into this issue are not fencing the items; they are laundering them.
