Why are so-called “connectivity issues” account bound?
I play on two accounts. I use the same client, but I just log out and change account name. I got disconnected on one account and when I tried to log back in I got all the annoying error messages. “Please make sure you have a valid internet connection”, etc.
So I switched to the other account, tried to log in… first try I’m in without a problem. Log back out, switch to the first account… “please make sure you have a valid internet connection”.
Could I suggest to please make sure error messages reflect the actual problem?
