Resources bug again... (on xbox)

For a good 2 months now my resources have been bugged, it's a fairly recurring bug but now it's becoming really unplayable...more particularly for stamina DD characters.
It's very simple, after 3 light attacks and 3 skills, my stam is between 20/30%, even on the training dummy I struggle to keep my stam at more than 50/60%, and what's more I use the food that gives max stam and stam regeneration.
I have the same problem on my Tank but less on my magic DD.
I have change nothing about my cp or set i use ect...as I told you earlier, it's a bug that I have very regularly, but here it has reached Dantesque proportions

Vaqual✭✭✭✭✭are you maybe bashing with the block+LA keybind? sometimes you can get unlucky with the recovery ticks when a block is registered.0 -

✭✭Its been happening on ps too. I find it happens most frequently whe. Using spaulder. Your stam tanks and you cant recover it without having someone through you enough synergies to fill it completely and then reloading ui.0
