How can I hit as hard as other ESO Youtubers

✭✭✭Not a parse fiend like some players, but does it really matter if you can "only" hit 117 on a templar? Nothing in this game requires you to stand still and inflict mass damage while not taking damage or avoiding mechanics.
BTW, love the controller.
