The 5 piece set bonus is not reapplying when casting Earthen Heart abilities, it's acting as though it still has a cooldown. In pts 9.2.1 the cooldown was removed and buff time decreased to 10 seconds. The set bonus will only reapply once the buff timer has ended instead of returning to 10 seconds each time you use an Earthen Heart ability. I have tried each Earthen Heart ability and none reapply the buff. If the set is working as intended, then it needs to be reinstated that there is a cooldown in its description.
