Any way to spend crowns on my twink?

Hello guys,

the eso support refuses to let me gift the crowns i got on my twink account (many months of eso+) to buy something for my main account, since its not "active" enough.

I added the informations for the support twice already but i always get an automated answer with a decline of gifting. I only activated eso+ on my twink, because gifting was possible and i used it as a possibilty to save up some crowns passivly. Is there any way to use the crowns in favour of my main account [snip]

I am curious as my second account(actually my third but second is not that active) was also turned down for gifting....

How often do you play on the account that was refused? I have not tried again since my application was rejected but I also have ESO+ crowns I would like to use for gifts to my main account....

I do NOT want to sell them or do anything dodgy, I just want to gift some furnishings to my main!!

For your info, I play on my second account every day, for example I have been doing event and endeavors recently but I always do endeavours and crafting daily, I would like to know what qualifies as "active enough" in ZoS's eyes?

As a long time customer it really annoys me that I am being penalised because of "bad actors"!!

@ZOS_Kevin is there any solution to this problem for multiple account holders??

I dont play often, mostly taking login rewards from time to time. I got a some lvl 20-30 characters only. It was meant as an account where my friend could play on as well if he decided to play eso one day. But if you cleary state its a 2nd account and give information to your main account as proof, i expect more than an automated answer. And since gifting was allowed back when i paid for the crowns, i expect them to let me gift or at least shifting the crowns to my main account.

this right here is the truth of it. people with twink accounts cant gift stuff to their mains.

I have the same exact issue. I have a mule account for storage and to take a spot in my guild. 4950 crowns sitting on her. Even though she makes a lot of sales, small sales because I place things that new players can use, in three trade guilds.

I ended plus on that account. My husband ended plus on his account as well when he was no longer able to gift me his crowns. (His account was FINALLY approved for gifting but he's still no longer plus and has no desire to re-up in the immediate future)

I've filed tickets and I honestly believe no one reads the entire ticket. I asked that they check the billing source for all three of those accounts.

At this point, between the crown gifting situation and nerfs, they've lost my husband permenantly.

My main account and both alt accounts had gifting immediately reactivated when they redid the setup. I've been able to gift from those accounts to not only my main account, but actually back and forth between all of them - as well as to people in this year's gift exchange.

@ZOS_Kevin, some help for the OP and others perhaps?

in your shoes i would keep convincing ESO Support both account are yours and appeal to allow you gifting.

i spent my alt accounts Crowns on assistants and DLC as i am too lazy to fight them windmills.

I'm sort of feeling the same as you but it is still very annoying!

I don't want to waste my time dealing with support and I did spend some of those crowns on a banker BECAUSE I use the second account!!

Maybe spending those crowns would be the "magic bullet" and give my alt account a high enough standing to allow gifting, trouble is I am still very cross at being considered to be dishonest!!

You should try playing a bit each day and then submit a new ticket in a while, if the issue is inactivity

I have a similar issue. I am taking a second go at it, from a slightly different approach, to see if this time I can get past the blindspot they have on the issue of alternate accounts.

[snip] i wont buy any for any reason. as soon as i get enough from eso+ to buy summerset and galen, i'll be canceling eso+ and making do without crowns.

consider this, look at the starter housing and see how much a house costs in gold vs crowns and it work out that gold to crowns runs about 200 gold per crown. i frequently see crown request with people offering to pay 2500 gold per crown. [snip]

I already spent the crowns i had on random stuff now since i will abandon my 2nd account forever. I am not in the mood anymore to beg the support for the 4th time to let me spend my own crowns.

Gifting eligibility is determined by an evolving list of factors including but not limited to the account being at least 180 days past its first login and previous engagement with in-game features.

Just enabling eso+ doesn't make this work if you weren't actively using the account.
