Argonian Resourceful passive can heal Watcher form in Filer's Wing in the Endless Archive

When transformed into a Watcher in the Filer's Wing, you cannot drink potions. However, if the player is an Argonian, attempting to use a potion will still heal you due to the Resourceful passive, which recovers Health, Magicka, and Stamina when you drink a potion.
You can't recover health infinitely--it seems that you can only recover health periodically, possibly on the potion use cooldown, even though no potion is actually used. I haven't timed it exactly.

✭✭✭✭✭i think there are other racial passives that can heal too, like the orcs one for healing when dealing dmg
i have also noticed some of my characters still have health recovery when in watcher form (my warden running sugar skulls food still has 129 hp recov while in watcher form while most other toons i have 0 hp recov, im not sure if that is a racial passive thats still triggering since i dont even remember what race my warden is lol)plays PC/NA
