Dual wield expert 2/2 passive not working
Ok here's my problem i'm not overcharged to start with but i have 2 weaps both 40dmg. without dual wield expert i should get 50 total dmg 40 from one 25% from the other. With expert 2/2 i get an extra 25% so 50% from the other 40 weap is 20.
So 40+20= 60 and yet my weapon damage states 50 so the passive must not be working.

I have actually found out it is working but it's very missleading offhand does 20% of the damage and the skill adds 25% to that 20%=an extra 5% = a total of 25% offhand dmg which is pretty much neglectable0
