Constant disconnects when porting to Craglorn

During the current event, and previous events, I always have connection issues when trying to port to Craglorn. I can port to any other zone without a problem but as soon as I try to port to Craglorn (specifically Belkarth) I get disconnected. What gives?

For me it's not just craglorn, but any big event hub. This event it's mostly leyawiin and fargrave. Porting there has a 75% chance to disconnect me instead of succeed, and it's getting worse on prime time. Another example is the kynesgrove wayshrine during the new life festival. I need almost 10 tries to port there during the first (busier) days of the event.

Would probably be a good idea to reduce the number of people per instance during these events, if you can't upgrade the servers so they can handle the increased population in the hubs.

Are you on Windows? Do you have long loading screens that turn into DCs? If so, you might want to try hitting ALT-TAB while you're stuck on the loading screen, such that some other program (possibly the ESO Launcher) gets moved on top of ESO and has focus, to see if that helps to shorten the load screen time.

Since emergency maintenance a couple days ago been lots of disconnecting while porting, especially when porting to Blackwood or other busy hubs.

Porting to blackwood has me disconnecting at least 50% of the time. Its pretty bad.

It is not a general connection problem. I normally have loading screens of about 5-6 seconds, and never experience disconnects during porting.
These disconnects happen only during events, only during prime time, and only when porting to the event hub wayshrines (so porting to stonewastes wayshrine in baclkwood is fine, porting to leyawiin wayshrine is not).
Also, the load screen when porting to an event hub is either the usual 5-6 seconds, or 1 minute and a disconnect. There is no in between.
Disabling addons (from > 100 to 0) has no effect. The disconnects happen with the same frequency and in the same fashion.

I do play with a quite high latency though (150 ms usually), since I play on NA server in an EU country.

I think this is the first event I noticed it, aside from the new life festival (more to this below). I didn't have any issues during the telvanni event this september, porting to Necrom and Apocrypha went without problems.

The worst occurence of this though was last years new life event, and also the year before, so new life 2022 and 2021. I didn't have any issues porting to eastmarch (kynes grove wayshrine) in the years prior, but starting 2021, the first days I nearly had constant disconnects during the first days of the event. After 3-4 days though the disconnects resolve itself and don't occur again until the events end, usually (due to lower player numbers around the event hubs after the first days?).

The same is also true for the current oblivion event. After the many disconnects in the first 2 days, I only had one more DC during the last days when porting to Leyawiin.

It's an issue with porting into Leyawiin during the event. It's not on the user end, it's on the server end.

Ever since the last maintenance my ping has shot up as well. I play from SE Asia and usually it’s around 300. Since the last maintenance it’s constantly around 600 or more.

And, totally as expected, the problem is there again. Can't port to Kynesgrove wayshrine.

Everything else works fine...

12 tries and counting now (each try about 1 minute). This is seriously frustrating, at this rate I need half an hour for one holiday quest.

Edit: Actually, I stand corrected. Traveling to kynesgrove wayshrine works fine (for now). What doesn't work most of the time is traveling to "Enchanted snowglobe home (outside)".
A bit of a pity, but I can deal with that for a few days, as long as the wayshrine still works.
