EA Leaderboard Scores Disappearing

After running several Endless Archive runs with my companion, it appears that my Leaderboard score has completely disappeared…

That run took hours, I don’t have that kind of time to invest into another run before reset, and it appears this is a common problem.

Anyone on PC know why this is and will I still get my weekly reward?

Unfortunately, it seems that not all player scores will be archived...including my own duo score which seemed to have also disappeared into an endless void.

I filed a ticket and there‘s a chance they will throw me back on the leaderboard but I’m concerned because if it happened once… who’s to say it won’t happen again in any of my other shorter runs?

Yeah, the leaderboards seem pretty buggy atm.

Ran EA 4 times and managed to fall of the leaderboards 4 times
So gonna wait until things are fixed before jumping back in

I have found that it only updates for me if I die. If you quit for time reasons make sure to burn all threads.

So I decided to run it solo, from what I’ve been hearing in my raiding guild, is that when you finish a solo run it has the chance to pull you off of the duos leaderboard, and vice versa.

Now one would speculate that this is an error coming from a decision ZOS made to try to limit each player to only one EA Weekly Leaderboard per-character.

My question is this, is it really that hard to set a limit through the mailing system rather than ripping scores off of the board?

Well i got 2 Archive Mails on my Arcanist in the first week so that is most likely not the reason.

Same here, I have an all-time duo score (middle table aprox) that is not showing neither for me nor my run partner.

I had fun situation. I was doing duo mode and around arc 3 or 4 my group mate logged out on another character since he had a trial that day. I continued solo in the same duo mode up to arc 8-3-1 with his character being offline and later when he finished trial i said to him to rejoin a group since I will be finishing anyway and he may get some final loot and maybe a score and funnily enough he got into duo leaderboard and I didn't.

Yea, if you quit without ending the instance (Go back to starter room and use the thing on the opposite of the portal) will end the run and show the "score" screen. That will end the run.

I've also noticed that arcanist cannot get a leaderboard entry on PC/EU. If you check duo leaderboards, there is no single arcanist listed. All other classes work.

My impression was that the leaderboards on PC started off a bit messed up and have only gotten more messed up.

This week the day before the end of the weekly they appeared to get partially/mostly/fully wiped with a maintenance.

@ZOS_GinaBruno, I didn’t see any mention of a fix for scores being completely ripped off the Leaderboard, is that included in the fix coming or will that be in a later one?

For anyone who has noticed this with their Endless Archive leaderboard spot, please submit a ticket with us here, under the "I have a character issue" option. This will allow our team to look into the issue further and cross reference the leaderboard logs.
