It's possible that you now have to be in the top 100 for gold gear rewards, as is the case with the Cyrodiil leaderboards. But I guess we'll never know for sure until they explain it. for the archive theres 2 different leaderboards (weekly and "all time")
the weekly is the only one which gives leaderboard rewards
since theres 2 sections of leaderboards (one for duo and one for solo), you can technically register 2 scores (one solo and one duo)plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

as far as i know it works like the other weekly leaderboards, but right now theres likely a lot more people running archive so would have to place higher to get the rewards
doing the weekly for vMA or vet vateshran, you dont usually even need a strong score to get rewards, because on the per-class leaderboards theres usually less than 100 people on each classplays PC/NA
