After the update this morning, I saw that the leaderboards (for the Endless Archive, at least) were nearly completely empty. I thought, surely, they have records of all the people who spent the past week running the Endless Archive, but now the only character of mine who has gotten a payout is the one character who I ran the Archive with today after the update.
They've got to make this right, there is no way they wipe out a whole week of leaderboards and ignore it, right? Leaderboards hasn't ever been something I was interested in until it was something I could competitively do alongside my partner.
I did a run today after the update and still nothing, pretty frustrating. I don't usually care so much about the leaderboards either, but it's fun to see progress in both solo and duos, and the rewards were a nice perk given the time investment.

Then again, I'm not sure killing one boss then exiting on a legion merits anything anyways.
We'll have to wait and see if the people that actually put in the work got the rewards or not.

They absolutely have to make this right. They need to dig up those records and issue payouts. If they actually lost those records because they don't care or were careless, then they should simply award every character that stepped in the Archive this past week. People won't think poorly if they (or someone else) gets a payout they didn't earn, but I think a lot of folks, myself included of course, want our time and efforts respected and want the payout that was earned.
We lost over three weeks's worth of PvP rewards and gold jewelry when they changed the Cyrodiil leaderboard reset from 30 days to the beginning of the month. And they never even acknowledged the uproar that followed. So, needless to say, we never got what we earned.
I have a feeling that this situation will be no different. I also ran several different classes through the archive in anticipation of the gold rewards and the stickerbook entries. But they've yet to even mention the situation.
I recall that, I don't normally do PVP, but if I recall correctly that was even following a Whitestrake Mayhem event so there was a ton of participation, myself included. I think, those boards were at least retained, they just prolonged all of the campaigns?
Hello!
For anyone who has noticed this with their Endless Archive leaderboard spot, please submit a ticket with us here, under the "I have a character issue" option. This will allow our team to look into the issue further and cross reference the leaderboard logs.
Thank you!

So the only four sub-options for character issues are:
I am muted
Character stuck
Character stuck in combat
Deleted characters
...How should we proceed for anything other than those four very specific situations?

Had several runs too and only 1 was counting for the leaderboard.
In some cases my partner was showing in the list, but not me.
I have the feeling, that like 80% or even more are not showing up. In some class leaderboards you are top 10 with only arc 3 and that's not really hard to reach. Seems like the game have issues to convert the data correctly with all the players running the Archive now.

Bingo, had this exact thing happen on a run last week. 193000 was the score I think. My buddies showed up but mine didn't. While your tallying up the bugs... there is an auto death bug that often instant kills you on the trash rounds without any enemies actually hitting you. This seems to be able to happen whether solo or duo. A new round of adds will spawn and before they can even turn and run tword you to fight you, you are informed you have lost a thread and the trash pull instance resets. I am not sure if this can also happen when you are actually fighting the adds as it's not so easy to tell in such a situation if you have been bug killed or just died but I know it can happen before combat actually starts in both a solo and duo instance. Very inconvenient.
Thanks for the info. Not that I would have made the leaderboards, but I did somehow in the first week... or maybe this bug was the entire reason I even made it on there. Ah, those infinite life's questions!Tyrant_Tim wrote: »@Sarannah, if you got a good score this week, and were on the leaderboard, you should retain that spot for the weekly until you get bumped out by higher scores.
Use my pictures for reference. I purposely chose to highlight the leaderboard for the update as it has been less than a week since we got it on Xbox.
Notice how my score is just gone. Normally, this would only happen when a new quarterly update is released, yet it happened a day after.
As far as will we be rewarded regardless, I doubt it, otherwise they wouldn’t be putting in the effort to try to fix it for people.

I don't care about leaderboards for some part of the game I'll never play.
