Does anyone have any idea when this house will roll back around? I know its "random", but maybe an idea of "usually around March" or something?
I was hoping it would pop up this year before my birthday on Friday but seems I'm out of luck again lol

As far as I can recall, the houses tend to be available for purchase once the related dlc is part of an event or if a fitting holiday comes around. Such as Bastion Sanguinaris was available during the later days of the witches festival, maybe stone eagle aerie will return to the store once the new life's festival comes around.
But all I can offer a wild guesses, I'm afraid. Maybe have a look at the UESP page of the house, they tend to record at which times the houses were available last time. If stone eagle aerie follows a certain rule, you mght find it there.2

RagnarSw✭✭✭Probably soon. I got it last year during the event after waiting over a year for it. I think it was like 18 or 20 months between return last time, but now houses seem to have a quicker cadence. I would imagine sometime in the next few months. It's my favorite house. Hope it comes back soon for you.0
