Relequen and Lokkethiiz set effects not working together

Hi so I haven't played in a while and have both these sets. My plan was to use both, lokkethiiz for major slayer synergy effect and relquen for the whirlwind effect but when I have equipped both sets In different slots, only one says 5/5 while the other says 4/5 even with 5 pieces of each worn. Sometimes depending on logging in or changing outfit styles this switches around. Is this a bug or intended effect?

✭✭✭✭Until you show your build with every slots equiped item, we can't really help, nor can ZOS.
Based on the vague info given, it sounds like you've equipped a weapon under 1 of these sets. There is 2 weapon slots, if it's a 2 handed weapon, it counts as 2, so you can break the 5 piece if you don't have both on back bar or vise versa.PC Beta - 2200+ CP

✭✭✭✭✭you have 5 pc of lokke only when your on your sword bar
you only have 4 body/jewlery pieces equipped and when you are on your bow bar you dont have a full set
for rele you only have 3 body, you would have 4/5 pc on the sword bar, and 5 pc if you were on your bow bar
you also listed an ophidian necklace which is an entirely different setplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

Relequen needs to be a full time set, either through 5 body or a mix of body and jewelry. Swapping bars undoes the stacks.
Is this for running in a trials group? If so, most trials groups run a "ROJO" healer with Roaring Opportunist and Jorvuld's Guidance, which is the group's source for Major Slayer.
With the overlapping 3rd piece boost, you could probably run a better damage set than 2 trials sets together. Better to pick one, probably Relequen, if you are doing trials.0 -
