A Knight's Best Friend bug ?

Hello !
I'm really not sure if I'm doing something wrong or not but this morning I reach the max level of Isobel Veloise's favor (I know it cause I don't earn favor points anymore, whatever I do with her by my side), then noticed that I needed Isobel's Favor achievement to get A Knight's Best Friend, and now that I've talked to Lyris and duel someone, I can't seem to unlock A Knight's Best Friend.
The problem occurs with the summoning part. I've tried going to another province, log off/log on, unsummoning Isobel by summoning Mirri or Ezabi, I obviously tried to unsommon/summon her, she's max level and I can't get the achievement. Is there a problem and how can it be solved please ?

Thanks, but I have unlocked the achievement Isobel's Favor this morning. It's the next one, A Knight's Best Friend, that poses a problem. Whatever the way I summon Isobel, the "summon Isobel at max level" condition isn't validate.

Hm, and she has reached her max level, 20, I suppose.

erdYrrson✭✭✭That 15 in the screenshot, could be her current level? Then five levels are missing.
Addendum: Just to make sure: I am writing about combat (character) level and not the rapport (favor) level.
