New Item i did not See in Update 40??? Mages Guild Citation Scroll From Alvur Baren

Just got this from doing Mages Guild Daily. This is Pretty Cool. I am maxed out but i did not see these in the Update 40. It just said updated Loot. Glad we can Sell them as well! Hope this Helps anyone that did not know either. You can Build your Mages and Fighters Guild Skill Lines Faster now.

✭✭✭✭✭It may be because in the notes they're called "commendations" while the actual items in-game are called citations. They can't be used on low level characters, not sure what level they can be used, I assume level 50.2 -

✭Grabbed a fighter's guild to do some testing and level 5 was too low, but level 16 was just fine. If I had to posture a guess, I'd say 10 is the level unlock.Antiquities Addict2 -

Yeah the commendations are for companions, so they had to differentiate the new player versions.
As far as drop rate goes, I've gotten two citations while grinding out 20 (unsuccessful) dailies for the Sea Serpent's Coil lead, for what it's worth.

That Lead took me awhile to get as well. Sometimes the RNG can be brutal. I got the lead the first time from Remains Silent for if i recall Sithis. Sometimes it goes well other times very badly and takes forever lol.2
