Is there an addon that will display ultimate charge level at all times rather than just during battle?

    There's an in-game setting to show ultimate number

    That doesn't do the job. It still displays ultimate level only when abilities are being used to attack. I want an ultimate number that is always visible on the OSD.

    You can also toggle your ability bar to always show, even out of combat.
